产业化住宅部品体系的集成化探析

Industrialization and Integration of Housing Component System

在当前我国住宅产业化的背景下,住宅部品体系是实现住宅产业化的关键。首先,文章从住宅部品体系集成化的角度给出了住宅部品体系集成化的概念,并分析了住宅部品体系的技术体系,包括技术支持体系、生产技术体系、管理技术体系以及流通供配体系,然后,对主要影响和制约住宅部品体系集成的部品模数制、部品模数标准、部品接口技术等作了深入的探讨。最后,对促进我国住宅部品体系集成的发展提出了发展策略。

The Study on integration for housing component system is a key issue to realize housing industrialization under the background of current housing industrialization in China. This paper proposed the conception of integration for housing component system from the view of integration for housing component system and analyzed the technology system of housing component system which includes technical supporting system, production technology system, management technology system and circulation for the distribution system. Then, this paper deeply discussed the modular, standardization, connection technology ete which affect and constrain the integrated for housing component system. Lastly, this paper put forward some concerned strategy to promote the development of integration for housing component system.
