家族企业的职业化管理能否得到快速的发展,取决于家族企业能否对其产生足够的需求。家族企业对职业化管理需求的形成是其对成本和收益进行比较之后进行理性决策的结果。文章基于成本和收益的角度,研究家族企业对职业化管理的需求,探讨家族企业职业化管理发展陷入困境的原因。

The development of professional management in family business is depended on the business＇ needs of it. Whether or not the professional management can be carried on is decided after they compare the cost with the income. This paper studies the needs of the professional management in family business, and discusses the reasons why it is in such a slow development.
