内质网应激在2型糖尿病发病及治疗中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病(DM)是严重危害人类健康的常见病,目前全世界有1亿7千万DM患者.预计在未来25年内DM患者将达到3亿6千万。临床上DM主要分为1型糖尿病(T1DM)和2型糖尿病(T2DM),而T2DM占DM的90%~95%。T2DM是以骨骼肌、肝脏及脂肪等胰岛素靶组织胰岛素抵抗为主要特征。他DM的发病机制目前尚不完全清楚,近年来研究表明内质网应激可以促进胰岛素抵抗和B细胞凋亡,同时也出现了一些改善内质网应激的治疗方法。从而促进T2DM病的转归。现综述如下。
