摘要
重点阐述了在半导体催化剂作用下,光催化分解硫化氢制氢工艺的催化机理、催化剂的设计与制备方法以及光催化分解硫化氢制氢的工艺过程。
Hydrogen sulfide is the by-product of natural gas processing, oil refining and other chemical processes. It is corrosive to the equipment, and causes severe pollution to the environment. Now Claus process is widely employed to deal with hydrogen sulfide, in which the sulfur is received via partial oxidation but hydrogen is wasted. Decomposition of hydrogen sulfide can produce hydrogen and sulfur, this process not only can solve environmental problems, but also recycle the hydrogen. The main techniques for hydrogen sulfide decomposition to produce hydrogen are pyrolysis, electrochemical decomposition, photocatalytic decomposition etc. Photocatalytic decomposition is characterized with low energy consumption, simple and mild reaction conditions. This paper focuses on the mechanism of photocatalytic decomposition of hydrogen sulfide to produce hydrogen on the semiconductor catalysts, the preparation of catalysts and the design of the process.
