摘要
自然绿洲到灌溉绿洲的演变是人类对绿洲可调控性增强的过程。人类对水源的控制方式以"以人就水"—引水导水工程—引、导、蓄、输水系统工程为必然趋势。乌鲁木齐河流域灌溉绿洲的形成分三个阶段:18世纪中叶到1911年奠定基础阶段;1912年至1949年发展阶段;1949年之后形成与继续发展阶段。
The evolution of the natural oasis to in＇igated oasis is the process of controling oasis strengthly. The controlling way of water resources has a inevitable trend which is ＂people live near water＂ - water diversion project - water diversion and storage system project . Urumqi River Basin irrigated oasis formed in three stages：the mid - 18th century to 1911, laying the foundation stage;1912 - 1949 development stage ;forming after 1949 and continuing development stage.
