产业结构调整对石羊河流域水资源可持续利用的影响——以民勤县为例

Influences of Industry Structure Adjustment on Water Resources Utilization in Shiyang River Basin——a Case Study of Minqin County

石羊河流域面临着水资源紧缺的严峻形势。在现有水量不可能增加的情况下,调整农业内部种植结构,发展节水农业是解决水资源问题的有力措施。本文以石羊河流域的民勤县为例,分析了产业结构与水资源之间的矛盾和产业结构调整的科学依据,提出种草养羊是干旱农业区产业结构调整的方向。通过产业结构调整,经济效益可以提高0.68万元/hm2,而水资源利用量可以减少145.71m3/hm2。

Shiyang river basin is facing with the serious situations of water scarcity. In the case of impossibility of increasing water quantity, adjusting the planting structure and developing water saving agriculture are the favorable measures for solving water problems. Taking Minqin County in Shiyang river basin as a case study, the contraventions between the industry structure and water resources, and its scientific basis were analyzed. Planting grass and raising sheep were the adjusting ways in arid agricultural areas. Which were put forward. By adjusting the industry structure, the economic benefits can be increased 6.8 thousand YUAN/hm^2, while the water use can be reduced 45.71 m^3/hm^2.
