Selection of New Red Bean Variety 'Jihong No.7' and Related Cultivated Technique

吉红7号是吉林省农业科学院作物育种研究所于1998年以红11-3为母本,辽107为父本,经人工杂交选育而成。有限结荚习性,直立型,生育期108 d。植株繁茂性好,抗叶部病害,抗旱性强,商品品质优良,产量高。

New red bean variety ‘Jihong No.7＇was selected and bred by the Crop Institute, Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Jilin Province in 1998. Its female parent is‘Hong 11-3＇and male parent is ‘Liao 107＇. Its prominent characteristics are compact, up-right type, strong plant, high disease resistance, high drought tolerance and high yield and high quality. Its growth period is 108 days, and it passed the examination by Jilin Province Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee in 2007.
