贮存后的米蛾卵对赤眼蜂繁殖的影响

Influence of Corcyra cephalonica Eggs Storage on Trichogramma Fecundity

通过对贮存后米蛾卵上赤眼蜂的寄生率、羽化出蜂率和雌蜂出蜂率的分析认为,米蛾卵的贮存时间长短对赤眼蜂的寄生影响较大,对羽化出蜂有一定影响,对雌蜂出蜂率没有影响。采用米蛾卵繁殖赤眼蜂时,在4℃冰箱中贮存米蛾卵不宜超过15 d,贮存时间超过50 d,赤眼蜂几乎不能够寄生。

The results of research indicated that there was a distinct influence to the percentage of Trichogramma parasitism, and there was a certain influence to percentage of wasp emergence, and there was not influence to percentage of female wasp emergence on the long and short time of storage of the Corcyra cephalonica eggs. It was not suitable to store the Corcyra cephalonica eggs in 4℃ for more than half a month. Trichogramma could hardly parasitize Corcyra cephalonica eggs in storage of more than fifty days.
