摘要
将中性盐NaCl和Na2SO4、碱性盐NaHCO3和Na2CO3按不同浓度对碱地肤苗进行单盐胁迫处理。测定其日相对生长率(RGR)等4项胁变指标。结果表明:碱地肤对4种单盐胁迫的最高耐受浓度不同,其顺序是:NaCl(1 000 mmol/L)、Na2SO4(800 mmol/L)、NaHCO3(600 mmol/L)、Na2CO3(175 mmol/L)。
Neutral salt (NaCl and Na2SO4) and alkaline salt (NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) was mixed in various proportion and treated to Koehia sieversiana as single salt stress. RGR and other indexes were determined. Then characteristics of four single salt and difference among them were analyzed by comparative physiology responses of Kochia sieversiana under single salt stress. The result indicated that the highest tolerance degree of Kochia sieversiana to four common salt stress were different, they are NaCl(1000 mmol· L^-1), Na2SO4 (800 mmol· L^-1), NaHCO3 (600 mmol· L^-1), Na2CO3 (175mmol· L^-1), respectively.
