摘要 结合近年来超声加工技术的发展状况,综述了超声技术在深小孔加工、难加工材料的加工、超声复合加工、超声磨削加工等方面的最新应用,并阐述了超声加工技术的发展趋势。 Based on the up to date development of the ultrasonic machining (USM) technology, the research situation of the latest applications of ultrasonic machining technology in deep hole machining, machining of difficult-to-machine material, ultrasonic combined machining, ultrasonic grinding machining were summarized. The development trends and future prospect of the ultrasonic machining technology were expounded.
