摘要 介绍了国内外精密微小孔加工技术的现状、应用和发展方向,并列举了多种加工方法,包括传统机械加工、特种加工和复合加工。重点介绍了特种加工技术在精密微小孔加工中的应用,由于其加工精度高、生产成本低、应用范围广,特别适合于加工硬脆等难加工材料,因而是精密微小孔加工的发展方向。同时,还针对不同微小孔加工方法中的不足,介绍了相应的解决办法。 The status quo, application and development direction of processing technology of precision mico-hole were reviewed. Methods of machining precision mico-hole were discussed, among these methods including traditional machining, non-traditional machining(NTM) and combined machining(CM). The NTM technology was mainly discussed in the present paper. High processing accu- racy and low production cost made it have a wide range of application, it was especially suitable for machining hard and brittle, and other difficult-to-machine materials. This paper also analysed the main technology difficulties of precision micro-hole and advanced the main solutions about the difficulties.
