摘要
目的:探索抑郁症患者前扣带回谷氨酸相对含量的变化。方法:对13例未服药的抑郁症患者及13位健康志愿者前扣带回行多体素磁共振氢质子波谱(1H-MRS)扫描,抑郁症患者经6周抗抑郁治疗后再次作1H-MRS扫描,测定谷氨酸(Glu)和肌酸(Cr)。结果:抑郁症患者双侧前扣带回皮质和白质的Glu/Cr值低于正常对照组;抗抑郁治疗后Glu/Cr值升高不明显。结论:前扣带回Glu的改变参与了抑郁症的发生。
Objective: To measure the levels of glutamate (Glu) of anterior cingulate in major depressive patients. Method:Multi voxel proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS) was performed to assess glutamate levels in 13 unmedicated patients with major depressive disorder and 13 healthy controls. The patients underwent ^1H-MRS repeatedly after six weeks of antidepressant treatment. The compounds measured were glutamate (Glu) and ereatine (Cr). Results:Depressive patients had significantly lower Glu/Cr ratios in bilateral anterior cingulate cortex and white matter than healthy controls. There was no significant changes in Glu/ Cr ratios after antidepressant treatment. Conclusion:The findings suggest that anterior cingulate glutamate alterations may be implicated in the pathogenesis of depressive disorder, and the functions of neuron and glial cells in the brain region are deficient.
