CA4DC共轨系统柴油机排放控制研究

摘要 通过引入共轨燃油喷射系统,重新优化发动机结构参数,标定控制参数,使CA4DC柴油机在降低油耗和燃烧噪声的同时,显著减少了NOx和微粒的排放。结果表明,在不采用外部EGR和后处理技术的条件下,采取上述措施完全可以使轻型柴油机的排放达到满足欧Ⅲ标准的工程目标。 By introducing common rail system, re-optimizing engine structure parameters and calibrating control parameters, the NOx and PM emissions of CA4DC diesel engine are significantly lowered in addition to the reduction in fuel consumption and combustion noise. The results indicate that taking above-mentioned measures can make the emissions of light diesel engine reach the engineering target for meeting EURO Ⅲ standard without adop- ting external EGR and after-treatment technology.
