摘要
随着车辆自动变速器理论与设计制造技术的不断完善,其应用范围越来越广泛。文中指出,自动变速器技术的发展方向是多挡化、电控化,液力变矩器自锁区域的低速化以及其传动部件的小型化、大容量化和高强度化;而无级变速器技术的发展则呈现轻量小型化、大容量化和控制最佳化的趋势。
With the constant perfection in theory, design and manufacturing technologies of vehicle automatic transmission, its application scopes become wider and wider. It is pointed out in this paper that the trends of automatic transmission technologies are using more number of speed, electronification in control and the shifting of self-locking region of hydraulic torque converter towards low speed range, as well as the miniaturization and the growth in capacity and strength of its components ; while the technologies of continuously variable transmission develop towards lightweight, small size, and higher capacity and the optimization in control.
