傅山将带下病分为白带下、青带下、黄带下、黑带下、赤带下,认为带脉损伤,脾气之虚、肝气之郁、湿气之侵是基本病机,故在治疗上注重健脾祛湿、疏肝补肝并提出"治带宜重肾火"。其治不拘于古,治病求本,用药精良,随证多变,终使湿有出路,邪得分消,带下症自除。

Fushan divided the gynecological diseases into leukorrhea,leukorrhea with greenish discharge,yellowish vaginal discharge,black vaginal discharge,leurrhea with bloody discharge.he believed that the damage to the belt vessel,the deficiency of sppen-qi,the stagnation of liver-qi and the attack of wet qi are the basic pathogenesis.Therefore,reinforing the spleen to remonve dampness,relieving the depressed liver and nourishing the liver,and the kidney fire should be stressed while treating the gynecological diseases.The treatment should not be limited to the ancient prscriptions.but the primary cause of disease be searched for .Only when the refined drugs are administered and therapeutic methods changed in according with the syndrome can the dampness be removed and the pathogenic factors dispersed,and the gynecologic symptoms expelled.
