外商直接投资对中国纺织业国内资本形成影响的经验分析

The Empirical Analysis on the Influence of FDI on the Formation of Domestic Capital in China's Textile Industry

1999～2006年中国纺织业的外商直接投资和国内资本形成存在相同的变动趋势。理论分析认为,不同来源地的外商直接投资和国内企业有不同的产业关联度,所以会产生不同的挤入效应。从纺织业的产业层面,本文发现1999～2006年外商直接投对中国国内资本形成不存在挤入效应。但是按不同来源地进行划分的经验分析结论是,港澳台外商直接投资对国内资本形成不存在挤入效应,其他来源地的外商直接投资总体上存在挤入效应。

There is a same trend of change between FDI and the formation of domestic capital in China's textile industry from 1999 to 2006.The conclusion of theoretical analysis shows that the FDI from different countries has different linkage to domestic enterprises,and it causes the different effect of Crowding-in.From the viewpoint of textile industry,the paper finds that it has no Crowding-in effect between FDI and formation of domestic captial.However the empirical analysis shows that FDI has Crowding-in effect as a whole except FDI from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.
