On Interests Compatibility Mechanism and Ecological Civilization Building in Developing of Balanced Economy

中共十七大明确提出,要建设生态文明,基本形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式和消费模式。本文在分析了我国生态文明建设背景现状的基础上提出了构建和完善财政、税收、金融、价格等宏观调控手段,以服务生态文明建设。

The 17th plenary meeting of CPC put forward clearly, we must build ecological civilization, establish the industrial structure, the mode of growth and the consumption patterns of energy conservation and protect ecological environment generally. This paper first analyzes the baokground of China＇ s ecological civilization firstly, then discusses the necessity of building ecological civilization in the development of harmonious economy. Finally, it proposes that the construction of ecological civilization needs building and improving the financial, taxation, banking and prices means of macroeconomic control.
