企业社会责任发展趋势及其应对

Trend of Social Responsibility of Firms and Its Countermeasures

传统观点认为,企业就是追求利润,向社会提供产品和服务,而近年来要求企业承担社会责任方面的呼声日益高涨。目前,在众多标准中对我国企业影响较大的是源自美国的SA8000标准,而即将面对的ISO26000更是一个挑战。我国企业能否在新形势下,特别是新劳动法颁布后,继续保持竞争优势,并积极去参与和应对,是本文重点探讨的问题。

From the perspective of conventional opinions, the aim of firms is to secure profit, provide products and services to the society. But in recent years, these views have been changed. The voice that firms must undertake the social responsibility has become higher and higher. At present, among the numerous standards, what affects firms in China most is SAS000. Howev- er, the challenges firms in China have to face is ISO26000 now. Whether firms in China will maintain the fast development under such new situation, especially after the release of China＇ s new labour law and continue to obtain the competitive advantage is the focus of this paper.
