摘要
应用针对沙门氏菌鞭毛蛋白且具有广谱反应性的单抗证实了该蛋白上存在共同抗原表位,进一步鉴定了鞭毛蛋白基因表达产物,结果同样表明该类共同抗原表位的存在。通过对该共同抗原表位在沙门氏菌属内外的分布规律测定,显示出它的属特异性。用单抗CB8和de7构成检测该共同抗原表位的试剂,经对现场分离菌株的鉴定及样品中沙门氏菌检测试验,结果表明该抗原表位可作为该菌属鉴定的新识别标志,且在快速检验方面有着重要应用价值。
The multiple epitopes of genericallyspecific common antigen on salmonella flagellins were defined by a panel of monoclonal antibodies in immunogold,indirect immunofluorescent test,Western blotting and ELISAs.This result was further verified by detecting these epitopes on the expression product of flagellin gene Hi in E.coli Lc2a.The distribution of these epitopes was assessed by examining the binding patterns of each MAb to a set of 164 salmonella strains and 211 isolates covering A through 067 serogroups and 23 other enteric bacteria.The results showed that these common epitopes on salmonella flagellin molecules could be used as a new recognized marker for the genus of salmonella.
