IL-12、IL-7分别与IL-2协同对人PBMC增殖和细胞毒作用影响的体外研究

Synergistic Effects of IL 12,IL 7 with IL 2 on the Inducement of Proliferation and Cytotoxic Activity of Human PBMC in Vitro

应用同位素３ＨＴｄＲ掺入法和３ＨＴｄＲ释放法比较了重组ＩＬ１２、ＩＬ７单独或分别与ＩＬ２协同对健康人外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）的体外增殖和细胞毒活性的影响。结果表明，ＩＬ７单独即可促进ＰＢＭＣ增殖分化和诱导产生细胞毒活性，与ＩＬ２协同可使２种作用均增强，并高于单独用ＩＬ２时的效应。ＩＬ１２单独不能引起ＰＢＭＣ增殖但可诱导ＰＢＭＣ产生细胞毒活性，与ＩＬ２协同可使２种效应明显增强。

The synergistic effects of recombinant IL 12,IL 7 with IL 2 on the proliferation and cytotoxic activities of human normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in vitro were compared by means of 3 H TdR incorporation and 3 H TdR release methods.Results showed that IL 7 could promote the proliferation and cytotoxic activities of PBMC,and this effects could be synergetically augmented by IL 2 and was higher than that induced by IL 2 along.IL 12 could not induce PBMC's proliferation but could induce its cytotoxic activity.IL 12 plus IL 2 could synergetically induce PBMC's proliferation and promote its cytotoxic activities.
