幼龄与老龄大鼠腹主动脉脂肪酸含量的比较

Comparison of the Fatty Acids Content in Abdominal Aortal Tissues between Young and Old Rats

应用气相色谱法检测并比较了幼龄大鼠和老龄大鼠（各９只）腹主动脉组织内脂肪酸的含量，同时对两组大鼠股动脉进行了病理形态学比较，结果显示老龄大鼠腹主动脉组织内软脂酸（Ｃ１６∶０）、亚油酸（Ｃ１８∶２）明显增多（Ｐ＜００５），硬脂酸（Ｃ１８∶０）增多不明显（Ｐ＞００５）；光镜下见老龄大鼠股动脉已经发生老年性退行性变。

The study was carried out in 9 young and 9 old rats to find the differences in the fatty acids content of their abdominal aortal tissues and in the experimental pathology of their femoral artery as well as aging.The results showed that the old rats were not only senescence with senile arteriosclerosis but also palmitic acid (C 16 ∶0) and linoleic acid (C 18 ∶2) content increased significantly (P< 0.05 ,respectively),but stearic acid (C 18 ∶0) also increased (P>0.05).
