富硒粮中的硒对大鼠体内汞及硒含量的影响

Effect of Se Contained Grains on Contents of Mercury and Selenium in Rats

选用２０只ＷＫＨ系大鼠，随机分成２组，腹腔注射给汞，同时饲以富硒粮和常硒粮。饲养８周后处死取样，测定消化后大鼠组织的汞和硒含量。结果表明，饲以富硒粮组的大鼠各组织的汞含量均低于常硒粮组，硒含量均高于常硒粮组。且富硒粮中的硒对大鼠心、肝、肺组织中的汞含量有显著影响，对心、肝、肾。

Two groups of WKH rats were fed on normal (group Ⅰ) and Se contained (group Ⅱ) grains respectively for 8 weeks.During this period,HgCl 2 were injected into the abdominal cavities of the rats.After killing,the contents of Hg and Se in hearts,livers,kidneies,lungs and brains were measured.The results showed that Hg contents in all tissues of group Ⅱ were lower than those of group Ⅰ,Se contents in all tissues of group Ⅱ were higher than those of group Ⅰ.
