以米托蒽醌为主的联合化疗治疗急性白血病的临床观察

Evaluation of Efficacy of Treatment in Acute Leukemia with Regimens VMP/MA

以米托蒽醌（ｍｉｔｏｘａｎｔｒｏｎｅ，ＭＴＺ）为主组成联合化疗方案治疗急性白血病（ａｃｕｔｅｌｅｕｋｉｍｉａ，ＡＬ）３０例，用ＶＭＰ方案治疗ＡＬＬ１０例，ＭＡ方案治疗ＡＮＬＬ２０例。结果表明，ＣＲ１３／３０，占４３３％；ＰＲ１０／３０，占３３３％；总缓解率７６６％。我们认为以米托蒽醌为主的化疗方案（ＶＭＰ、ＭＡ）治疗ＡＬ有效。副作用不大，病人均能耐受。

To evaluate the efficacy of MTZ in acute leukemia (AL),30 patients with AL were treated with VMP (MTZ+VCP+Prednison)/MA(MTZ+Ara-c) regimens.Of the 30 patients,13 cases (43.3%) achieved complete remission (CR) and 10 cases (33.3%) partial remission (PR).The overall remission rate were 76.6%.The toxicities were well tolerated.In conclusion,the combination of MTZ with VP or Ara c is effective in the treatment of AL.
