摘要
目的:分析展现坐骨神经全长的核磁共振扫描技术及其解剖特点,并探讨其对临床治疗的指导意义。方法:选择健康志愿者20人(40条坐骨神经)进行核磁共振扫描,得到骶骨的斜矢状位影像,并将正常影像进行总结。结果:核磁共振斜矢状位可将坐骨神经盆腔出口区清晰展现。结论:核磁共振斜矢状位是展现坐骨神经较理解的影像学诊断方法,从而提高了盆腔出口区神经异常的诊断及鉴别诊断。
Objective: To explore a new method to appear all the length of sciatic nerve through MR method and study it's normal/abnormal characteristic. Methods: The sciatic nerve of healthy adult volunteers prospectively studied with T1-weighted MR imaging (oblique sagittal plane) with pelvic phased-array coils. Results: MR imaging (oblique sagittal plane) can appear the pelvic exitus segment of sciatic nerve. Conclusion: MR imaging (oblique sagittal plane) may be a ideal method to appear and diagnose the abnormal pelvic exitus segment of sciatic nerve.
