放射性核素阴囊血池显像技术对亚临床型精索静脉曲张的诊断价值

Value of radionuclide scrotal imaging in detecting subclinical varicocele

目的:探讨放射性核素99mTc阴囊血池显像(RSI)技术诊断亚临床型精索静脉曲张(SVc)的价值。方法:本组53例不育1年以上病史、精液分析异常的男性患者接受RSI检查及彩色双功能多普勒显像(CDFI)检查,经RSI检查由计算机计算两侧阴囊血池指数值(SBPI),从而确定有无亚临床型精索静脉曲张,与CDFI检查进行对照分析。结果:RSI诊断SVc相对于CDFI的灵敏度为92.6%,特异度为96.2%。结论:在男性不育的病因筛选中,RSI技术是诊断亚临床型精索静脉曲张的简单安全、有效、无创、客观、准确的方法。

Objective： To explore the value of radionuclide scrotal imaging （RSI） in diagnosising subclinical varicocele（SVc）. Methods： Fifty three male patients of infertility with at least 12 month＇s who had abhormal semen analyses were performed RSI and color doppler flow ira.aging （CDFI） to detect subclinical varicocele. The scrotal blood-pool index （SBPI） was assayed by computer, then the diagnoses of subclinical varicoceles were made. Comparing the results of RSI with the outcomes of CDFI. Results： The sensitivity of RSI was 92.6% and the specificity was 96.2% compared with CDFI in diagnosing subclinical varicocele. Conclusion; It suggests that RSI is a simple, effective, noninvasive , more objective and accurate method in detecting subclinical varicocele.
