To properly understand the religious issues under the reform and opening - up in China, we need to, under the guidance of Marxist religious outlook and by taking into account the practical religious work in China, recognize the long existence, massiveness and complexity of religions, focus on the major issues in religious work, fully implement CPC＇s basic principles on religious work, give full play to the positive roles of the religious individuals and believers in the social and economic development, and make the religions adapt to and in harmony with the socialist society.
