基于Solid Edge尺寸对象的智能尺寸标注技术研究

摘要 目前国内应用的大多数三维CAD软件,其尺寸标注不符合国家标准和工程设计习惯,影响了三维CAD技术的普及和推广。针对三维CAD技术应用,提出了基于尺寸对象的智能尺寸标注思想,以三维CAD软件Solid Edge为对象研究了基于尺寸对象的智能尺寸标注技术和方法,并对其中的关键技术——尺寸对象的层次结构、尺寸对象的自动识别及属性获取、基于尺寸对象尺寸标注的实现,进行了深入地剖析。最后,基于该种设计思想,利用Visual Basic编程,在三维CAD软件Solid Edge平台上开发了符合国家标准和工程绘图习惯的智能尺寸标注系统,实现了常用的二十余种标注方法,实践证明该标注技术与方法的可行性。 Most of 3D software, which are applied in domain, don't accord with nation standard and engineering drawing's habit, which holds up 3D CAD technical popularization and generalize. Aiming at technical application of 3D CAD, the paper provides a intelligent dimensioning idea based on dimension object, and research the intelligent dimensioning technology and method about it, using Solid Edge as researchful object. At the same time, a in-depth study is carried on about key technologies, such as hierachical structure, auto-identification and property capture, realization, etc. In last, founded on the idea, using Visual Basic, the paper develops a intelligent dimensioning system according with nation standard and engineering drawing's habit and implements 20 common dimensioning methods, which proves the technologies' feasibility.
