摘要
企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存,必须缩短产品研发时间和周期,以质量好、速度快、精度高的产品满足市场的需求。铣床是机械制造企业中比较常用的机床,以西门子802D为例对立式万能升降台铣床进行数控改造:机械部分主要论述了坐标轴的改动和主轴电机的选用,并对一些传动件做了更改;电气部分主要介绍了基本参数的设置、驱动器的调试、系统容易出现的问题。改造提高了原有机床的可靠性和加工范围,提升了精度和加工效率,且无需对原机床做较大调整就可以达到产品频繁变化的加工要求。
Company must shorten its research time, if it wants survive in the acute competition. Milling machine is frequently-used in manufacturing enterprise .This project introduces numerical rebuilding knee type vertical milling machine with siemens 802D. Amendation of coordinates and choosing electromotor of the main shaft are mostly involved in mechanical. Some components are modified for rebuilding .And the same time, it including basic parameter installation, driver debugging and so on. These measure improve intrinsic machine's efficiency and artifactitious range well. manufacturing requirement can be fulfilled and the machine tool needn't big adjustment.
