摘要
目的通过用4种极性由强到弱的溶剂——水、90%(v/v)乙醇、氯仿、石油醚(b.r.30~60℃)分别提取五脉绿绒蒿全草,以筛选镇痛活性部位。方法采用加热回流法提取五脉绿绒蒿,以氢溴酸高鸟甲素为中度以上镇痛阳性对照药,利用醋酸致小鼠扭体为指标,研究五脉绿绒蒿不同溶剂提取物的镇痛活性。结果五脉绿绒蒿的有机溶剂提取物均能明显减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,乙醇提取物组及石油醚提取物组与空白组比较,有高度统计意义(P〈0.01)。结论五脉绿绒蒿的镇痛活性物质主要存在于乙醇提取物中,其次是石油醚提取物。
Objective To cull the analgesic activity position through adopting 4 kinds of solvents that their polarity is from strong to weak to extract Meconopsis quintupcinervia Regel respectively. Methods A- dopted the method of heat under reflux to extract Meconopsis quintupcinervia Regel. Lappaeonite hydrobromide was regarded as positive control medicine, and used acetic acid-induced test study the analgesic activity of different solvent extracts of Meconopsis quintupcinervia Regel. Results All solvent extracts of Meconopsis quintupcinervia Regel could obviously reduce the twisting frequency of mice. Compared with blank group, ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract showed significant difference(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The analgesic active substances of Meconopsis quintupcinervia Regel contain in ethanol extract mainly,then in petroleum ether extract.
