^(18)F-FDG PET/CT标准摄取值诊断口腔颌面部鳞癌及颈转移癌的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨18F-FDGPET/CT融合显像的标准摄取值SUV在口腔颌面部鳞癌及转移癌诊断中的价值。方法:本研究选取23例口腔颌面部鳞癌及颈转移癌患者,进行18F-FDGPET/CT全身显像,并进行病理检查。结果:18F-FDGPET/CT诊断头颈鳞状细胞癌及颈转移癌的灵敏度100%,特异度80%,准确性91.30%。高中分化鳞癌组、低分化鳞癌组、非癌组织组SUV值差异有统计学意义(F=32.77,P<0.05)。两两比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:18F-FDGPET/CT标准摄取值诊断口腔颌面部鳞癌及颈转移癌有重要价值。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis value of standard uptake value(SUV)of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG)in oral squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastatic squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Twenty three patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastatic squamous cell carcinoma were under gone 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging.All cases were comfirmed histopathologically.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of SUV in diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastatic squamous cell carcinom were 100%,80%,and 91.30% respectively.The SUV in 3 group high and media differentiated squamous cancer,lowr differentiated squamous cancer,and non malignant tisseue were different through F test(F=32.77,P〈0.05).q test(P〈0.01).Conclusions:It is a very useful modality for diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastatic squamous cell carcinoma.
