联合检测血清孕酮及β-HCG对异位妊娠诊断价值的探讨

The value of serum progesterone and β-HCG in the identification of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨血清孕酮及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法:选择2005年6月～2007年6月在我院住院的异位妊娠患者86例和先兆流产患者76例,检测并比较两组病人血清孕酮及β-HCG值。结果:异位妊娠组的血清孕酮和β-HCG值分别为(39.07±10.77)nmol/L、(5485.33±2367.13)mIu/ml,显著低于先兆流产组的血清孕酮和β-HCG值(67.52±12.68)nmol/L、(11540.25±6131.45)mIu/ml。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清孕酮及β-HCG的联合测定可以协助异位妊娠与先兆流产的鉴别诊断。

Objective：To explore the value of serum progesterone and β-HCG in the identification of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 76 threatened abortion women and 86 ectopie pregnancy wonen were chosen between June 2005. June 2007. Serum progesterone and β-HCG in two groups were measured respectively. Results： Serum progesterone （39.07±10.77） nmol/L and β-HCG （5 485.33±2 367. 13） mIu/mi in ectopie pregnancy group was significantly lower than that （67.52±12.68） nmol/L and （11 540.25±6 131.45） mIu/ml in threatened abortion group （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Measuring serum progesterone and β-HCG is a useful method to distinguish ectopie pregnancy from threatened abortion.
