摘要
为对电子测量仪器进行大规模综合集成,在μCLinux下,以主从分布式FPGA/SOPC构建仪器数字平台,设计32位Nios-Ⅱ软核处理器的嵌入式μCLinux系统,设计模拟电路,在μCLinux的控制下,有效地实现双通道100 MHz示波器、32通道100 MHz逻辑分析仪、30 MHz任意信号发生器、2.7 GHz频率计、常用数字IC故障测试仪、全自动LCR测量仪等仪器集成.详细介绍仪器集成的结构、各子仪器的FPGA/SOPC及μCLinux系统探作平台设计,实验效果好,实践表明该设计是行之有效的.
An electronic synthesized instrument in Linux is introduced for large scale integrated electronic measuring instrument, in which FPGA/SOPC is designed in principal and subordinate distributed way as digital platform, Nios-Ⅱ soft core 32 bits processor as embedded μCLinux system. Analogue circuits are also designed, which are controlled by μCLinux to realize such integrated instruments as 100 MHz oscillograph, 32 channels 100 MHz logic analyzer, 30 MHz arbitrarily signal generator, 2.7 G cymometer, common IC error tester, automatic LCR tester etc. Subordinate instruments FPGA/SOPC and the design of μCLinux operation system platform are also introduced. The experiment is effective and practice shows that the design is feasible.
