摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,借助超声作用,分别用硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基(DL-151),γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560),γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基(KH-570),N-(γ-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-792)对超细TiO_2进行表面改性.改性后的超细TiO_2分别进行红外光谱检测和沉降性实验,比较了各硅烷偶联剂改性后TiO_2在不同极性溶剂中的分散性.沉降性实验结果表明,KH-792改性的TiO_2在强极性溶剂有较好的分散性,而KH-560、KH-570改性的TiO_2在弱极性溶剂中则有较好的分散性.
The surface of fineness TiO2 was modified repectivly by silane coupling agent DJ-151, KH-560, KH-570 and KH-792 in ethyl alcohol with ultrasonic. The effect of the surface modification of TiO2 was characterized by FITR and subsiding test in solvents of differentpolarity. The results showed that there are good dispersion of modified TiO2 with KH-792 in por organic solvent, while modified TiO2 with KH-560 and KH-570 in week por organic solvent. All modified TiO2 were not properly dispersed in non-porlar solvent.
