摘要
对一艘138 000m3薄膜式LNG运输船的液货舱热维护系统进行了稳态传热分析,计算获得了在8种工况下船体各部分的温度分布,在此基础上对船体结构进行了热应力分析。通过分析比较满载航行工况下的结构应力和温度应力,得出了一些有指导意义的结论。
The thermal field and its stresses of the structures of a 138 000m^2 membrane type LNG carrier are analysed. The computer program that calculates 3D hull temperature distribution is developed based on the software ANSYS.The steady temperature field of the LNG carrier is obtained using the computer program by the finite element method. Then based on the thermal results, the structural stresses are calculated by finite element method. After the comparison between thermal stress and structural stress, some specific conclusions of LNG carriers are obtained.
