The lack of electricity coal reserves of thermal power station results to insufficient power in winter, Fuzzy decision was applied to creating a method on how much coal should be saved in advance for a thermal power station in winter. Membership function definite method has been analysed emphatically to cause the policy - making result to be more accurate.
