高性能FKJ混凝土抑制碱-集料反应的研究

摘要 高性能粉煤灰渣-碱混凝土《简称FKJ混凝土)的重要特性是耐化学侵蚀性和耐久性较优,它胜过于普通波特兰水泥混凝土。它可用於pH值在2-13范围内的耐腐蚀结构工程。本文着重研究分析FKJ混凝土有无减—集料反应。采用不同集料,不同环境下,试验测定不同龄期FKJ混凝土棱柱试体(4×4×16cm)的长度变化。并对活性集料界面处进行扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDAX),初步验证了FRJ混凝土不存在因减—集料反应而引起的祸害.并提出了它能自行抑制碱—集料反应的机理。 The important characteristics of the high performance fly ash slag-alkali concrete(namely FKJ concrete) are its fine resistance t0 chemical corrosion and durability.It is superior to ordinary Portland cement concrete and c8n beused in the corrosion resistant structural projects of pH value of 2-13.In this paper,wether or not the alkali-aggregate reaction exists in FKJ concrete is emphatically studied and analyzed.The length changes of the prismoidal specimens (4×4 ×16cm) of FKJ concrete made from different aggregates and at different apes are determined under different environmental conditions.Meanwhile,the study on the boundary surfaces or reactive aggregates is carried out by SEM and EDAX.It preliminarily proves that the damage caused by the alkali-aggregate reaction in FKJ concrete does not exist and the mechanism that FKJ concrete can control by itself the alkali-aggregate reaction is advanced.
