摘要
辐射诱变育种在植物品种改良中取得了很大成就,但对辐射诱变分子机理的研究还在初步阶段。本文对γ射线辐射和离子束注入引发植物DNA变异的研究,以及基于突变体开展的基因定位、基因克隆和基因功能研究进行了综述。
Great achievements have been made in plant variety improvement using irradiation-induced mutation method, but the study on molecular mechanism of irradiation-induced mutation was still at preliminary level. In this paper, the progress of molecular biology researches on radiation-induced mutation was summarized.
