摘要
以高州矮香蕉为试材,研究了1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)和外源乙烯处理对香蕉贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,200nl/L 1-MCP处理可显著抑制香蕉可溶性糖和可溶性固形物含量上升,延缓果实硬度下降,从而延缓香蕉后熟进程;20μl/L外源乙烯对1-MCP处理果实的后熟进程影响不明显。
Banana(Guangdong gaozhou' ai)fruit was treated with 200 nl/L 1-methyleyelopropene (1-MCP) for 24h then kept at room condition (about 20℃), and the result showed that the increasing rate in soluble sugar and soluble solids content of the fruit pulp significantly reduced after 1-MCP treatment. Meanwhile, the rates of declining in firmness of the fruit were much lower in 1-MCP treated fruit than control, which suggested that 1-MCP could be applied to improve postharvest quality of banana without reducing nutrient values. However, 20μl/L exogenous ethylene could not accelerate the ripening of banana fruits after 1-MCP treatment.
