蓝桉叶油等13种植物精油对谷蠹成虫熏蒸活性的初步探讨 被引量:11

摘要 测试了13种植物精油对谷蠹成虫的熏蒸活性,结果表明在浓度为10μL/L的处理条件下,13种植物精油中蓝桉叶油和大蒜素油效果最佳,熏蒸48 h的校正死亡率均达到97%以上;熏蒸毒力测定结果表明,蓝桉叶油和大蒜素油对谷蠹成虫的致死中浓度均随熏蒸时间的延长而逐渐减少:在熏蒸24 h时,两者的LC50值分别为7.208μL/L和4.565μL/L,而在熏蒸96 h时,两者的LC50值分别降为1.785μL/L和1.287μL/L。 The fumigantion activity of 13 plant essential oils against Rhizopertha dominica F. adults in sealed jars were investigated. The results showed that Eucalyptus globules oil and Allium sativum oil had the high fumigant activity against adults Rhizopertha Dominica F., giving a corrected mortality of 97% or above with an exposure time of 48 h at the dosage of 10ul/L; meanwhile, the LC50 of the pest fumigated with Eucalyptus globules oil and Alliurn sativum oil for 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h was also determined. The results indicated that the LC50 was 7. 208μl/L and 4. 565μl/L for 24h, however, that of the pest fumigated with Eucalyptus globules oil and Allium sativum oil for 96h was decreased to 1. 785μl/L and 1. 287μl/L, respectively.
