The achievement of China＇ s Economic Law Research in the past 30 years to a certain degree is profit from the unique research methods and styles including structural method. Due to the special requirements of research object and background, the circle of economic law research attaches great importance on structural research. The practice shows that the structural research method has great advantages in following and unveiling the rules of modem market economy and analyzing the interactive between law and economy, while the structural research should be integrated with the research of universal application in order to be open and flexible.
