摘要
本文对玻璃纤维增强膨胀水泥(GREC)自防水屋面防水层的结构形式、防水原理、与其它防水材料的性能对比以及在实践中的开发等方面作了较详细的阐述。防水结构以抗碱玻璃纤维增强低碱度膨胀水泥为防水基材,采用仿瓦式搭接处理伸缩缝,防水层与结构层分离。理论上从"抗"、"放"两个方面阐述了防水层的防水原理,"抗"一对裂缝的阻抗,"放"一对变形能的释放。工程实践中已推广使用近12万 m^2,无一处渗漏,具有良好的效果。
The article expounds the structure form,waterproof principle,properties compared with other waterproof materials,and development for the self-waterproof roof layer with glass fibre reinforced expansion cement in details.The waterproof structure uses low alkalinous expansion cement reinforced with alkali-resistance glass fibre as the basic waterproof material.The expansion joints are treated as lap joint with imitative roofing tiles,and the waterproof layer is seperated from structure layer.The waterproof principle of the waterproof layer is expounded theoretically in the article.The waterproof layers have been used in engineering about 120 000 m^2 without any percolation.
