摘要
通过观察世界各地高新开发区的历史与现状,选取日本筑波科学城与台湾新竹科学园,从设立背景目的、管理模式、技术来源三个方面阐述了两者的相同点和相异点以及建设经验。通过比较筑波科学城和新竹科学园将对现在的开发区建设起到借鉴和促进作用。
This article, through the observation of history and present situation of the world high-tech development zones, from the establishment of background and purposes, management mode, technology sources,Tsukuba Science City in Japan and Taiwan＇s Hsinchu Science Park,described the same points and the different points and the building of experience. By comparison between Tsukuba Science City and Hsinchu Science Park ,it will play a role in the construction of development zones the promotion.
