摘要
应用平面波展开法研究了缺陷态二维光子晶体的传播特性。根据计算得到在0.208~0.32698Hz波段的光波能在波导中很好地传播。并且分析了当圆柱半径从0.1a^0.5a发生改变时的带隙规律,研究结果为光子晶体波导器件的开发提供了理论依据。
Defect propagation characteristics of two - dimensional photonic crystal ware studied with the plane - wave expansion method (PWM).0.208 - 0.32698Hz light wave can be propagated very well in the wave guide according to calcula- tions. And we analyzed the band gap when the radius change from 0.1 a - 0.5a. This research provides a theoretic basics for the development of terahertz wave devices.
