摘要
研究了稀土元素镧对Ag-Cu-Ti钎料合金微观组织、物理性能和显微硬度的影响。实验结果表明,添加一定量的稀土元素镧对Ag-Cu-Ti钎料合金的熔化温度无明显影响,但可显著提高钎料合金的润湿性能和显微硬度。分析结果表明,稀土元素镧可以细化钎料合金的微观组织,使金属间化合物分布更加均匀。这也是实验条件下Ag-Cu-Ti钎料合金显微硬度提高的主要原因。钎料Ag-Cu-Ti合金中稀土镧加入的质量分数不应超过0.5%。
The effects of rare earth Lanthanum on the microstructure, the physical property and the microhardness of Ag-Cu-Ti solder alloy are studied. Experimental results indicate that the addition of Lanthanum can evidently improve the wettability and the microhardness of Ag-Cu-Ti solder alloy. Analysis results show that the increase in microhardness is related to the refining and uniform distribution of the intermetallic compounds. Proper content of Lanthanum added in Ag-Cu-Ti alloy solder can be controlled below 0.5% in mass percent.
