摘要
"研究型教师"是目前我国教育界讨论的热点问题之一,其研究内容主要涉及到什么是研究型教师、研究型教师的素质结构和怎样培养研究型教师等。研究存在的问题是,对研究型教师的要求过于理想化;研究型教师的角色定位不准;研究型教师的研究内容不明;培养策略过于泛化,未能体现出教师专业成长规律等。
The research - based teacher is one of the hot issues discussed by China' s educational circles re-cently. The main contents of it are that what a research- based teacher is, what the quality structure ot a research - based teacher is, and how to train them. Now the problems of the study are that the requirements for a research- based teacher are too idealistic, the role - orientation for a research - based teacher is not exact, the research contents are not clear, the training strategies are too generalized, and it doesn't reflect the law of the professional growth of a teacher.
