论理工科大学文化素质教育校本模式的构建——南京航空航天大学的个案研究

On Constructing School-based Model for Cultural Quality Education in University of Science and Engineering

构建文化素质教育的校本模式是当前深入推进理工科大学文化素质教育、提高学生综合素质的重要途径。南京航空航天大学充分挖掘理工优势学科、国防特色专业及地域特色题材等蕴含的文化素质教育资源,逐步构建了文化素质教育的南航模式。针对文化素质教育实践中存在的课程体系建设质量不高、管理体制不完善、时代性不强等问题,需要进一步加强文化素质教育精品课程建设,建立文化素质教育网络平台,积极开展工程伦理教育。

Building a school-based model for cultural quality education in university of science and engineering is an important means of raising the comprehensive quality of students. For years, Nanjing university of Aeronautics and Astronautics brings into full play the advantages of engineering disciplines, majors of national defense characteristics and materials of local characteristics, thus gradually setting up a NUAA model of cultural quality education. Facing the outstanding problems in current educational practice such as poor construction of curriculum system, insufficient management system, lagging behind the times, NUAA is further strengthening the fine course construction, establishing network platform for cultural quality education, and taking an active part in engineering ethic education.
