摘要
人文素质是大学生就业的内部隐性竞争力,良好的人文素质为大学生就业提供支撑和基础,是大学生可持续就业竞争力的重要组成部分。加强高校人文素质教育,提高大学生就业竞争力的实现途径为:纠正人文素质教育无助于就业的认识误区;强调师德垂范和在课程中渗透人文素质教育;重视校园文化和人文环境对大学生人文素质的熏陶。
Cultural quality is regarded as the graduates' potential competitiveness in cultural quality provides graduates with a strong support. It' s also an essential part competitiveness in job-hunting. The following several methods can help to strengthen job-hunting. An outstanding of the graduates' sustainable the education of their cultural quality. First, it is important to correct the misunderstandings that cultural quality education is useless to hunt a job. Second, the function of teachers' models should be emphasized and the influence of courses should be penetrated in the education. Last, we must pay attention to the influence of campus culture and cultural environment on graduates' cultural quality.
