高校辅导员的专业素质结构是高校辅导员专业发展的核心内容和要求,高校辅导员专业素质结构应该包括专业信念、专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理、专业自主与专业自觉等六个纬度。
Professional structure, the core and requirement of university students' advisors' professional development, should include six parts: professional faith, professional knowledge, professional capability, professional ethics, professional autonomy, and professional consciousness.
