摘要
以洪家渡发电厂为例,针对大型水电厂计算机监控系统有功、无功功率采集中存在的问题,论述了电网对各厂机组有功、无功功率实现冗余采集的重要性。叙述了直流采样和交流采样的原理及实现方式,重点讨论了计算机监控系统现地控制单元对交流采样装置电量参数采集的实现。通过功率的冗余采集,可提高机组自动发电控制和PID调节的安全性、稳定性。
In consideration of the problems in power and reactive power acquisition in the supervisory and control system of large-0scale hydropower plants, the importance of power and reactive power redundancy acquisition for grid is discussed with the Hongjiadu Hydropower Plant as an example. The principle and method of DC sampling and AC sampling are described, especially the realization of power parameters of AC sampling in local control units (LCU) of the supervisory and control system. Through power redundancy acquisition, the safety and stability of automatic generator control (AGC) and PID adjustment of generators are improved.
