摘要
简要介绍了清江梯级调度(集中)控制系统数据通信组网方案和梯级调度与电站调度数据通信处理方法。清江梯级调度采用长距离光纤和2.5 Gbit/s同步数字体系(SDH)传输通道混合组建梯级调度与电站间的数据通信网,通过设备与电源系统的冗余处理,很好地保证传输通道可靠。在数据通信处理上,采用分布式数据库架构和通信数据本机处理方式改善大量上送数据对系统性能的影响,采用冗余通信机和多活动TCP连接提高系统可靠性和实时性。文中还对系统运行情况进行了简要介绍,并根据运行情况提出了系统设计和实施过程中应注意的问题。
Briefly introduced are the network scheme and processing method of data communication between the cascade dispatching center and power stations of the Qingjiang cascade dispatching (centralized) control system. Qingjiang cascade dispatching adopts a data communication network mixed with long-distance optical fiber and 2.5 Gbit/s SDH transmission channels, ensuring the reliability of the data transmission channel through redundant disposal in device and power supply. In the process of data communication, distributed database framework and local communication data processing is adopted to improve the impact on system performance from mass uplink traffic; redundant communication unit and multiple active TCP links are used to improve the reliability and real time performance of the system. The system operation is also briefly introduced in addition to related issues of the system design and realization.
